Organic Apoteke Ayurvedic Breakfast Oatmeal
Breakfast Oatmeal with Figs and Sesame Seeds

1/2 cup Whole grain Rolled Oats

1 cup Water

2 Dried Figs, chopped

1 teaspoon lightly toasted Sesame Seeds (toast on a dry pan for 1 min on low heat.

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon Cardamom

1 Pinch of Nutmeg

1 Pinch of Black Pepper
- Stir all the ingredients into rapidly boiling water. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add a dash of Almond, Coconut or Rice Milk
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
